What should I do if I'm not satisfied with my order?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you can request a refund by contacting our customer service directly via the following link: https://i-kao.com/contact-us

We will quickly send you a claim form to be filled out so you can give us your comments regarding the article(s) concerned.

Please note that filling out this form is in no way an obligation. It's simply a tool we've put in place in order to improve our offerings and services.


What's the time frame for changing your mind?

As a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal (i.e. the option of changing your mind after placing an order with an online retailer, or by telephone or post) within 14 days from the day after delivery of your order.

Exercising this right means that we must reimburse you for the product or service ordered from I-Kao.com.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, all you need to do is to contact us via our contact form and clearly state your decision to withdraw from this contract. You will not need to provide any justification or reason.


What are the refund terms?

After receiving your request for withdrawal, we'll get back to you with the necessary information so you can return your product(s) to us.

Once these steps have been completed, we'll refund the amount of your purchase via the payment method used to finalize your transaction.

This refund will be given as soon as possible, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your request.

We hereby inform you, however, that we have the right to refuse to refund you until we have received the products you ordered.

Again, a maximum period of 14 days applies for the return of your items (from the date of receipt of your request for withdrawal).

You should also be aware that you are obligated (per articles L. 221-16 and following the French Consumer Code) to compensate us for "depreciation resulting from handling other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods".

If the product(s) you have ordered have not yet been sent, these considerations will not apply and you will therefore be refunded automatically.

We also offer you the option of exchanging your items, up to the amount of your original order.

The return costs will be your responsibility, but we will send your new product(s) free of charge.
